          Manage Custom Fonts

          Manage Custom Fonts

Align your documents with your organization’s branding by using custom fonts to maintain a consistent appearance across your generated documents. Upload, organize, and sync fonts in the custom font library across Hyperforce servers to make sure they’re available during document generation.

Follow these guidelines when working with custom fonts.

          Guidelines for Using Custom Fonts

Follow these guidelines when working with custom fonts.

          • You can download extended font files from Salesforce Industries Process Library.
          • Document Generation 2.0 doesn't offer the default Microsoft fonts. To use Microsoft fonts, download these fonts, upload them to the custom fonts library, and sync to make them available for document generation.
          • Make sure not to use the same custom font with different file extensions, like OTF and TTF, in the Docgen Custom Fonts Library, as this can cause problems during document generation.
          • Use a unique name for each font file, including all folders in the custom Fonts Library. If duplicate file names are uploaded, only one file will be available for synchronization to the servers.
          • The custom fonts library supports up to three levels of subfolders, but the folder structure isn't maintained on the server during sync.
          • By default, the individual file size limit is 5 MB and font library size is 50 MB. To increase these limits, contact your Salesforce representative. The total size of the Docgen Custom Fonts Library must not exceed 100 MB.
