Cancel Batch Management jobs runs that are in progress, including ones running for a
long time and using up your Salesforce org’s resources, and ones started by mistake.
When you cancel a batch job’s run, only the batch job parts that haven’t started processing
records yet are canceled. Changes already processed by completed batch job parts aren’t
reverted. After you cancel a batch job, you can view the completed batch job parts. You can’t
view the canceled batch job parts.
Click , and select
Setup.
In the Quick Find box, search for and select Monitor Workflow
Services.
Open the batch job run that you want to cancel.
Ensure that you open a batch job run that’s of the type Batch.
Click Cancel Run.
On the confirmation window, click Cancel Run.
You can view the completed batch job parts on the Tasks tab.
