            Monitor Your Batch Jobs

            Monitor the status and health of your batch jobs using Monitor Workflow Services. You can monitor each instance of a batch job run and drill down to view details about each batch job part.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To monitor batch jobs: System Administrator profile
            1. Click Setup icon, and select Setup.
            2. In the Quick Find box, search and select Monitor Workflow Services.
              This list displays all batch job run instances that have run to date.

            3. Select the batch job run instance that you want to view.
              The name of the batch job run instance is same as the batch job's name.
            4. On the Details tab, view the details of the batch job.
              In the Parameters section, view the values that were provided for the business flow and batch job input variables when the batch job was run.
            5. To view the list of all batch job parts that were run, view the Tasks tab.
              You can click each task to view the details for each batch job part.
            6. To view the list of records that the batch job couldn't process, view the Failed Records tab.
