            Refresh Decision Tables in Flows

            You can use a Flow action to refresh a decision table asynchronously based on a schedule or when required. You can also use a flow to update multiple decision tables.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Loyalty Management or Rebate Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a flow: Manage Flow
            Note
            Note Decision tables are also available as part of Business Rules Engine. If your org has Business Rules Engine enabled, see Decision Tables for Business Rules Engine.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. In the New Flow window, select a flow type.
            4. Select a layout.
            5. Drag the Action element onto the canvas.
            6. Select Refresh Decision Table.
            7. Define the action.
            8. In the DecisionTableApiName field, enter the API name of the decision table that you want to refresh.

            9. Click Done.
            10. Save and activate the flow.
