To change the editable and editable calculated KPIs in an account plan, a KAM must
create a relevant customer business plan (CBP) and change the KPIs in the CBP. The changed KPIs
in the CBP then appear in the account plan view.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods
Cloud is enabled
Here are a few differences between an account plan and
a
CBP.
You can create a CBP only for a customer-category combination, whereas you can create an
account plan view without a customer-category combination.
You can edit a CBP but not an account plan view.
The system calculates the CBP first and then the account plan.
You can create a CBP only for a business year, but the time range for an account plan view
can vary from 3 to 18 months.
You can use more filters in an account plan view than in a CBP.
You can create multiple views for an account plan, but not for a CBP.
You can view a CBP in two different layouts: KPI/Product x time and Product x
KPI/Time.
You can’t delete a CBP for the current business year. After you delete a CBP, you can't
retrieve it from the recycle bin.
Edit Customer Business Plan Page Show only the fields that key account managers (KAMs) want to see in the Promotions tab. If KAMs aren't using scenario planning, hide the Promotions tab from the Customer Business Plan page.
Create a Customer Business Plan To change the KPIs of an account plan, create a Customer Business Plan (CBP) for the account and a product category. You can also import CBP records by using Data Loader. However, when you import a CBP, you can get the CBPs without any associated categories.
Edit a Customer Business Plan Edit a customer business plan (CBP) to better align your promotions and long-term agreements with your business goals.
Customer Business Plan Scenarios When planning for the current or future financial years, create multiple scenarios for evaluation in your customer business plan (CBP). You can exclude promotions from a scenario and manually adjust editable KPIs in the CBP.
