          Before You Begin

Before configuring the Writeback Forecasted Baseline Sales Units app, complete the following prerequisites.

          Note
Note Salesforce recommends using Mulesoft as a middleware to integrate data for predictions. However, users can use custom solutions if preferred.
          • Users can create multiple Baseline and Uplift apps using the scoring framework for different configurations of sales organizations, accounts, and products. Once the users have finalized the apps and the models, end users can make use of the Writeback Forecasted Baseline Sales Units template and get the recipe (Get Latest Model and Dataset Details ), which they can edit by adding additional datasets for writing back the data to TPO UP Account Category to Model. However, the recipe created out of the box will contain only two datasets from two apps for writing back. Once the recipe (Get Latest Model and Dataset Details) is generated users need to run the recipe after making the final adjustments based on their specific requirements.
          Note
Note If additional apps are required, edit the recipe to meet the unique business requirements.
          • If users intend to push the forecasted data to Hyperforce and are using Mulesoft as the integration tool, with S3 acting as the data storage component, a pre-built sample recipe (Get Latest Forecasted Baseline Sales Units) is available out of the box with the Writeback Forecasted Baseline Sales Units template. users can modify the recipe and run it according to their requirements.
