          Create a CRM Analytics Template Configuration

          Create and set up a template configuration in Scoring Framework to install a customizable CRM Analytics app that generates predictions on the sales uplift volume.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Developer, Professional, and Unlimited Editions that have TPM Revenue Prediction and Trade Promotion Management enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a CRM Analytics template configuration: AI Accelerator User
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Cloud Einstein, and then select Scoring Framework.
          2. In the Scoring Framework, create a CRM Analytics template configuration that uses Predict Sales Uplift Volume (Trade Promotion Optimization) as the template configuration type.
          3. Select Train and Deploy, and optionally, enter a description.
          4. Select the uplift dataset (Promotional Example dataset) from the baseline template.
          5. Select the forecasted baseline sales units dataset from the baseline template.
          6. Select the Promotional and Non-promotional feature dataset.
          7. Select input features from a CRM Analytics dataset, a predefined set of fields. For more information, see Input Features.
          8. Click Activate to create a CRM Analytics app for sales uplift volume predictions.
          Note
          Note You can configure models for single or multiple accounts, for single or multiple product categories within an account, or for all accounts and categories together. However, modeling and forecasting are applicable only to accounts and product combinations with sufficient historical data.
          • Input Features
            Select input features from a set of calculated values when creating the Predict Sales Uplift Volume app.
