Create Other Versions of Trade Promotion Effectiveness
Create other versions of Trade Promotion Effectiveness app using Analytics Studio so
that your team members can use the version that meets their needs. You can create as many
versions as you need.
Required Editions
Available with Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management for an
additional cost in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited
Editions
Note While you can create as many Trade Promotion Effectiveness versions as you like, recipe
and data sync limits apply.
To create other versions of Trade Promotion Effectiveness:
In Analytics Studio, click Create.
To open the template picker, select App, then Create App from Template.
Locate the Trade Promotion Effectiveness tile, select it, and click Continue.
Review the app preview page, and click Continue to open the configuration wizard.
If you’re offered a choice of basing your app on an existing app or creating one,
select Create a brand new app and click Continue.
The app runs a compatibility check against your org to ensure it includes the data to
successfully create the app’s datasets, recipes, and dashboards. If it doesn’t, follow the
instructions in the error message to add the required data and start the app creation
process again.
When the org compatibility check succeeds, click Looks good, next.
Next, select the datasets. Click Select Promotion Dataset, and
select a dataset that has details of promotion based on sales, spending, and revenue.
Click Select Promotion Tactic Dataset, and select a dataset that
has details of tactics used in promotions based on spend types.
Click Select Account Plan Dataset, and then select the dataset
that has the details of the account.
Click Select Exported Measure Codes Dataset, and select the
dataset that has the details of the KPIs exported for each promotion, tactic, and account
Plan.
Click Looks good, next.
Name your app, and click Create.
