Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

Fund transactions can be one of these types.

          • Initial transactions: Creates money in the system.
          • Transfer transactions: Transfers money from one fund to one or more funds.
          • Adjustment transactions: Revokes money from the system.
          • Drawback transactions: Transfers money from one or more funds to one target fund.

Here’s an example that’s shows how money is added to funds using fund transactions.

          Fund transaction example

Fund transactions of the Initial and Transfer type can have multiple target funds. Fund transactions of the Adjustment and Drawback type can have multiple source funds.

Fund transactions create and modify promotion budgets and track the flow of money between budgets, but don't perform the transfer of money between bank accounts.
