            Promotion Templates

            Promotion templates determine the type of promotion that your key account manager (KAM) wants to create. Before a KAM creates a promotion, a business admin must create the promotion template. The KAM can then use the template to create multiple promotions.

            • Create a Promotion Template
              Create one promotion template and reuse the template with multiple promotions.
            • Assign a Tactic Template to a Promotion Template
              The Tactic Templates related list shows the list of tactic templates that are assigned to a promotion template. To create tactics while creating promotions using the promotion template, you can use only the tactic templates that are assigned to a promotion template.
            • Update the Product Filter Cache
              To manually trigger a web service request from the promotion template page to refresh the product filter, your system admin can update the product filter cache.
