            User Permission Sets and Access

            The system applies APEX sharing rules only when the user has the relevant permission or access to the promotion record to be shared.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

            The permissions are:

            • KAM permission set
            • Sales User permission set when the promotion is of the Sellable Promotions type
            • Manager of the anchor account or anchor account set of the promotion
            • Read or Write access to the products of the promotion assigned via the Product Category Share (provided the products are in Promotion Product Share for the promotion)
            • Read or Write access for the Promotion Category Share record associated with all the products in Promotion Product Share
