            Export a Report

            You can download a report and view the report in an Excel sheet.

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

            In an Excel sheet, the report name is shown as the title and the view name as sheet name. The excel sheet also shows filters with selected values and all the attributes of the dimensions.

            The order of attributes depends on the group criteria and order of dimension. Here’s the order of attributes:

            • Dimensions are ordered by rowdims and coldims in Flatlist. For example, is rowdims can be promotiondimension, productdimension, timedimension, and coldims can be kpidimension.
            • Each attribute of a dimension is a column in the Excel sheet. Here’s how the attributes are ordered within a dimension:
              • Grouping attributes. For example, if there’s a grouping on Phase of promotion, the Phase column comes first.
              • Column ID of the respective dimension. For example, Promotion ID or Tactic ID.
              • All other attributes of the dimension.

            The rowtypefilter determines the level of detail or the group row that’s shown.
