KPI Definitions
Use KPI definitions to control the display, aggregation, and calculation of individual KPIs. Define in a KPI definition all details of the KPI, including the formula of how the KPI is calculated in the planning hierarchy and how the total value is calculated. KAMs can see the results of this setup on TPM pages such as the promotion page and the account P&L page.
- Create KPI Definitions (Read, Calculated, or Editable)
Create KPI definitions, ensuring that each KPI is tailored to specific business needs and accurately reflects performance metrics. - Create Compound KPIs
To group editable calculated KPIs, create a compound KPI. For example, create a compound KPI, Customer Promotion KPI Set, to manage incremental volume, total volume, and uplift %, where total volume is the main compound KPI. So, when the value of any of these KPIs are changed, the other two are automatically calculated. - Create Validation KPIs
Create validation rules for editable KPIs and editable calculated KPIs. - Aggregate BOM Component Values to Standard Products
Use the BOM Component Aggregation KPI definition type to aggregate sales and spend data directly from BOM components to their corresponding standard products for improved analysis and planning.
