            Schedule a Sync Process

            You can schedule the sync process to occur once every 24 hours. If you don’t schedule a sync process, the system syncs data at midnight by default.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To schedule a sync: CGCloud Business Admin
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, and then select Custom Settings.
            2. Click Manage next to System Settings.
            3. Click New.
            4. Enter a name and description for the setting.
            5. In Value, enter the time (in the 24-hour format) when you want to sync.
            6. Save your changes.
