            Add a Field to Promotion

            Before you add a filter to the Promotion Color filter of Trade Calender, add a field to the Promotion object.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To add values to the Phase picklist of promotion: Admin
            To add colors to the Color Codes Set: Admin
            To assign colors to the new phases or edit the colors for existing phases: Admin
            To update promotions: Admin
            To open and view Trade Calendar: Account Manager
            1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select Promotion.
            2. Click Fields & Relationships.
            3. To create a picklist, click New, and then enter a name, such as Mechanic, for the picklist.
            4. Enter the values for the picklist.
              For example, you can enter these values for Mechanic:
              • TPR
              • Multibuy
              • Feature
              • Loyalty
            5. Save your changes.
