            Assign Colors for the New Field Values

            After you add a field and its values, and define the color for picklist value sets, assign colors to each value of the field.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To add values to the Phase picklist of promotion: Admin
            To add colors to the Color Codes Set: Admin
            To assign colors to the new phases or edit the colors for existing phases: Admin
            To update promotions: Admin
            To open and view Trade Calendar: Account Manager
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Code, and then select Custom Code.
            2. Click Custom Settings.
            3. For Color Schema, click Manage.
            4. For all the picklist values of the field. enter these values:
              • Name
              • Color code in RGB format
              • API name of the field that’s used to color Trade Calendar
              • The sales org that the record is created for
              • Schema name
              • Expected transparency
              • Value that’s shown in the Trade Calendar legend

            After you add the color, update existing promotions by opening the promotions in Trade Calendar or by running the promotion calculation batch process.
