Customize Phases for a Promotion Customize the phases of a promotion by adding new values, modifying existing values, or deleting entries from the Phase picklist in the Promotion object.
Assign Colors for New Picklist Values After you add picklist values and define colors for picklist value sets, assign colors to the picklist values. You can also edit the colors assigned to an existing picklist value. If you delete any phases, make sure to also delete the color assignments associated with those phases. You can have only one phase picklist value for a sales org.
