            Add Promotion Color Filters

            Add the new promotion field as a Promotion Color filter in Trade Calendar. You can add a filter for every sales org.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To add values to the Phase picklist of promotion: Admin
            To add colors to the Color Codes Set: Admin
            To assign colors to the new phases or edit the colors for existing phases: Admin
            To update promotions: Admin
            To open and view Trade Calendar Account Manager
            1. From the App Launcher, find and open Sales Organization, and then select a sales org.
            2. To add a custom filter, edit the Available Trade Calendar Color Schemas setting.
              Note
              Note To ensure that the field for filtering promotions by colors appears on the Trade Calendar, add at least two options.
            3. To enter a name for the custom filter that you added, from Setup, find and select User Interface | Custom Labels.
            4. Search for and select the label, and then add an override value.
            5. Save your work.
