Examples: Create Reports
Create an account report, and then modify the JSON for that account report to quickly create other reports such as Promotion or Payment reports.
- Create a Account Report
An Account report shows a list of products with their planned volume. You can include an option to choose the time range you want to investigate for an account. Also, you can choose the right set of products by applying filters. - Create a Account Monthly View
In the Account report, the focus is on multiple KPIs for a single time range. To view data in months or weeks to compare the data for planned volume for the current and previous years, create a report to show time as columns. - Create a Promotion Report
To review the revenue or profit for a single promotion, create a promotion report. The promotion report shows detailed information and several aggregated total values in the scorecard. - Create a Promotion Tactic Report
To control, adapt, and refine underperforming tactics, create a report with KPIs that are stored at the promotion or tactic level together with the promotion and tactic attributes. Use the analysis to compare the actual and planned costs of promotion and tactics, and their contribution towards volume and profit. - Create a Payment Report
Use a Payment report to view the payment amount spent for a tactic and product, along with their planned funds or remaining liability. To analyze outstanding payments and the difference between the actual and expected payments, add attributes from payment or condition attributes on payment tactic reports. - Create a Report to Compare Volumes
Here’s how you can create a report that shows the comparison of planned volumes and prior year volumes for each category. The report contains only total values for the entire period and monthly data isn’t. You can select multiple accounts and categories, and define the time range of the report.
