            Design KPIs

            With appropriate KPI design, you can view real-time updates in real-time report without any KPI mappings or interfaces involved.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To design KPIs: CGCloud Real-Time Reporting Admin
            1. Create a KPI set with Usage set to Reporting.
            2. Create reporting-relevant KPI definitions with the appropriate value type.
              In a report, the KPI columns are formatted based on the value type of the KPI definition. For example. certain KPI values are displayed with a currency or percentage symbol. So, ensure that you maintain the correct value type of your KPI.
            3. To use a KPI definition in a RTR, add the KPI definition to the Reporting and KPI set.
