          If you want centralized control and consistent business processes across your entire organization, this strategy is right for you. It works well for companies that don't operate globally and can manage their workflows in one Salesforce org. But if your business operates across multiple markets, you might run into some challenges. Managing unique regional processes, regulations, and customer needs in a single Salesforce org can increase complexity, compliance risks, and the chance of exceeding Salesforce org limits..

          Dedicated Salesforce Org for Each Region

          This strategy allows you to tailor your operations to each region while maintaining global standards. Salesforce recommends this strategy for most businesses because of these factors:

          • Simplified business process management: Set up each regional Salesforce org to align with the specific business processes of that market. If your product and customer hierarchies differ significantly between regions, you can manage your templates without complex customizations.
          • Better regulatory compliance: It's easier for regional Salesforce orgs to comply with local regulations. You can configure Salesforce orgs to meet specific data privacy and retention requirements of each region.
          • Data volume and batch processing: Regional Salesforce orgs facilitate shorter and more manageable processing times.
          • Better concurrency and user load: Multiple regional Salesforce orgs can help manage user concurrency better. The risk of exceeding system-wide limits is reduced and this leads to a better user experience.
