          Use Filters to Add Products

The product filters that appear in the promotion depend on the sales org that you selected in the promotion template.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

          1. Open the promotion to which you want to add products.
          2. Click Edit.
          3. Select a promotion.
          4. On the Products tab, click Manage Products.
          5. From the Filters panel, select one or more options, and then click Apply.
            Note
            Note
            • You can also add products manually by clicking Add Fixed Products.
            • To show the BOM column of your promotion, always set the BOM Handling option of the promotion templates to Consider BOMs. Its value depends on whether the product is a BOM product.
            • Click Clear All to remove all dynamic and fixed products and reset all active filters. Click Apply to commit your changes or Cancel to restore the previous state. These considerations and limitations apply:
              • Clear All affects only the Manage Products view. The promotion card doesn't update until you click Apply.
              • To customize the visibility and editability of Clear All, use the EARright API.
              • Clear All is visible when the Enable_Clear_All__c feature flag is enabled. To update the managed package, add the Enable_Clear_All__c field to the promotion template layout.
              • Clear All is disabled if the promotion is frozen or if the promotion phase isn't Preparation, Planning, or Modeling.
