A customer template is the blueprint to create customer records. A customer template has
reference to a sales organization, and therefore contains the metadata that defines the specifics
of a process for the sales organization.

Cloud is enabled
User Permissions Needed
To create customer templates:
CGCloud Business Admin
From the App Launcher, find and select Customer Templates.
Click New.
Enter a name and description for the template.
Select Active.
Select the roles applicable for the customer.
Select a sales organization.
Select the product hierarchy levels that products are aggregated at in an account
plan.
You can configure a maximum of four product levels, and you can't add the lowest level
of the product hierarchy as a Product Aggregation level.
Select a KPI set that’s used for defining KPIs in the account plan of a customer.
Save your changes.
