          Create Account-Specific Product Lists

          Create Account-Specific Product Lists

To ensure that the account plan for an account shows only the products that are relevant for the account and not all your products, create an account-specific product list. In an account plan and customer business plan, KAMs can see only the products that are in the account’s product list, and can create promotions only for these products.

An account-specific product list can either be a global list or a time-dependent list, and can have up to 1000 products.

          • Global Product Lists
Depending on the KPI codes defined in the sales organization of an account, a global list is created for the account. After a product is added to the account’s global list, the product can’t be deleted from the list, unless the product list is deleted.
          • Time-Dependent Product Lists
A time-dependent product list contains products that are relevant for an account for a specific period. For example, if you plan to run a promotion for a product only for a specific period for an account, add the product to a time-dependent product list.
