          Issue Reason Resolution
          Entities are invisible to internal and external users because sharing settings are missing. Product-related entities in Unified Catalog require Public Read Only for Default External Access for community users. If this sharing setting isn't enabled, Unified Catalog doesn’t display products or services on the portal page.

          Change the sharing setting of these entities to Public Read Only for Default External Access:

          • Product2

          • Catalog

          • Product Configuration Flow

          • Product Configuration Flow Parameter

          • Product Component Group

          • Product Component Group Override

          • Product Related Component Override

          If the Omni license is enabled, also update the sharing setting for the OmniProcess entity.

          Users are unable to view or edit some fields. For service processes to work on experience sites, such as the Employee Portal, certain fields ‌must be exposed to community users.

          Under the Case entity in Object Manager, enable Field Level Security (FLS) for the Case Source field.

          In the Customer Community Plus profile, under the Product2 entity in Object Manager, enable Field Level Security (FLS) on the UsedFor field.

          Users can’t perform certain actions or access features. Lack of permissions to access service processes.

          Assign admins the UnifiedCatalogAdminPsl permission set groups.

          Assign community users the UnifiedCatalogCommunityUserPsl permission set group.
