            Add a QR Code to an Assessment Form

            Include a QR code on a form to let respondents open the URL or application from their mobile device. For example, respondents can scan the QR code to open a third-party application and upload documents for identity verification and screening.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To add a Discovery Framework QR code element to an Omniscript: View permissions information.
            1. From the Omniscript Designer Build panel, under Inputs, drag the QR Code element onto the canvas.
            2. To configure the QR Code element, click the Discovery Framework QR Code element on the canvas to open the Properties panel.
