          Use a Call Script

          One of the Member actions in the center area of the Campaign Call List Record Page lets you use a call script.

          1. Click Script. An OmniScript is launched in a separate tab.

            This OmniScript must have a Type of Campaign, a Subtype of Default, and a Language of English. If no such OmniScript is active, an error occurs.

          2. Follow the OmniScript's prompts.
          3. Return to the Contacts tab.
