Vlocity Triggers
A trigger is Apex code that runs before or after a specific data manipulation language (DML) event occurs, such as before the insertion or after the deletion of records in a database. Triggers are stored as metadata in Salesforce.
By modifying Salesforce custom settings, you can enable and disable all or selected Vlocity Apex triggers as required by your implementation.
For a list of all triggers in your organization, go to Salesforce Setup > Apex Triggers. For more information on trigger events, see Interface and Implementation WorkflowsInterface and Implementation Workflows.
- Enable and Disable All Vlocity Apex Triggers
You can enable or disable all Vlocity triggers in Custom Settings > Trigger Setup. - Enable and Disable Selected Vlocity Triggers
You can disable all or selected Vlocity triggers through Salesforce Custom Settings. For example, to use the standard Salesforce Opportunity Product features, you must disable the Vlocity Opportunity Product trigger. To do this, ensure all Telco triggers are enabled, then create a record for each trigger that you want to disable. - Telco Triggers
Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy provides a set of Telco triggers.
