Locking and Unlocking a Contract Document Version
You can lock the active contract document version. Typically, you use this feature to ensure that no one makes changes to the contract document.
If an active contract document version is locked, you can unlock it to allow changes. Typically, you use this feature if the person who locked the file is not able to unlock it.
To lock and unlock contract document versions, the Lock and Unlock Vlocity Actions must be enabled.
To lock or unlock a contract document version:
- On the Contract record detail page, on the Contract Documents Visualforce page, expand the version to lock.
- Click Lock.
- On the Contract record detail page, on the Contract Documents Visualforce page, expand the version to lock.
- Click Unlock.
