Why Do I See a License Required Error?
If you see a license required error message when you try to perform an action in the org that is part of a managed package, such as generate documents, run Omniscripts, create Omnistudio Data Mappers and so forth, check if the managed package license is assigned to you.
Perform the steps to check or assign the managed package license to the user:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users.
- Click on the user.
- Scroll down to Managed Packages. Check if the user is assigned the license.
- To assign the managed package license, click Assign Licenses.
- Select the Package License checkbox.

Click Add.
Refresh the page to confirm that the managed package license has been added to the user.
