Vlocity Health Data Model
The Vlocity Health Insurance data model is a comprehensive data model covering everything needed for a cloud front and middle office system across all health and health insurance businesses (large group, small group, individual (ACA), and Medicare Advantage).
The data model covers concepts such as benefit plans and contracts, group census, quoting and enrollment, complete policy administration for individual and family policies, claims management, network management for health providers and pharmacies, formularies management for drug pricing, and much more.
The Vlocity Health data model is a 100% additive extension of the standard Salesforce data model that leverages and extends the Salesforce Cloud objects. The Vlocity Health data model is designed to work seamlessly with Salesforce Health Cloud.
