Enable Video Calls
Enable Video Calls so that you can set up video appointments.
Before you enable Video Calls, verify that you have enabled Salesforce Scheduler and installed the OmniStudio package.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video Call, and then select Video Call Settings.
- On the Video Call Settings page, select Enable to turn on Video Calls.

Click Accept when you see the disclaimer.
Note Clicking Decline disables Video Calls.You see a guided setup page that helps you set up the Video Calls feature.
