          Configure Report Scheduling and Delivery

          You can choose when and how to run and share a report. You can set up multiple schedules for a report. For example, you can send the report to the management team on a weekly basis and to the analyst team daily.

          REQUIRED USER ROLE
          To create and manage reports Admin or Power User

          These delivery methods are supported:

          • AzureBlob
          • Email
          • FTPS
          • Google Drive
          • HDFS
          • SFTP
          • AWS - S3
          • Google Cloud Storage

          • Email attachments larger than 10 MB will be sent as a download link, requiring user login.
          • Emails with attachments sent to data streams in an Azure environment (platform-us2 and platform-eu2) are blocked if they don’t include a Message-ID that meets standard RFC guidelines.
          1. On the Analyze & Act tab, click Reports in the left panel.
          2. Create a report or edit one.
          3. Under Report Scheduling, select Active.
          4. After you make the report active, these settings depend on the selected format:
            Include Unsubscribe In Email Reports Selected by default. Lets recipients unsubscribe from receiving the report.
            Edit Report Email Text Select to revise the text sent to recipients.
            Execute only as part of a Workflow Select to run the report only as part of a workflow.
          5. From the Frequency dropdown, select how often to send the report.
          6. Enter when to send the report. If you select Automatic, the report is sent at 6:00 UTC.
          7. Select the delivery method.
          8. To apply this scheduler to your report, click Add As New Scheduler.

            Note If you don’t select this option, your report can’t run on a schedule.
          9. To create another scheduler using the same configuration, for example, if you also want to share the report via FTPS, change the delivery method to FTPS. Enter any necessary settings, and click Add As New Scheduler

            Note To obey HIPAA compliance rules, ensure that the configured recipient supports the valid encryption processes for data in motion.
          10. To change a scheduler and override the settings, select it in the scheduler and make your changes. Then click Update Scheduler.
          11. To run the report, click Save and Run. To save the settings and not run the report, click Save.
          • Customize Report Email Text
            Reports scheduled to be delivered by email are accompanied by short text that includes details about the report. You can customize the email text on the workspace level and apply the text to all workspace reports. Or you can customize the email text on the report level for a specific report.
