          Create a Visual Report

          A visual report is a screenshot of a dashboard page. You can export it as a PNG, PDF, or PPT file.

          REQUIRED USER ROLE
          To create and manage reports Admin or Power User
          1. On the Analyze & Act tab, click Reports in the left panel.
          2. Click the plus (+) icon.
          3. Enter the general information:
            1. Name the report, and select the export format.
            2. For Purge Report History, enter the number of days after which the report is deleted. For example, if you enter 30, the report’s history is deleted after 30 days.
              Note
              Note The default maximum number of days you can use the history is 180 days.
            3. Optionally, select Include the Description in the report.
          4. Define configuration details:
            1. Select the collections you want to include in the report. All dashboards and widgets that belong to the selected collection become available for selection.
            2. Select the dashboards you want to include in the report.
            3. Select the widgets you want to display in the report. (Available for PNG only) The default is all widgets in page.
            4. (Optional) Click Add Filters to apply a filter to the report.
          5. (Optional) Add Advanced Report settings:
            1. Assign the report a different name from the one you entered in the General section. For example, you could create a general name for a report familiar to an admin role, but give the extracted report a different name for the recipient of this report. You can also add tags in the report file name field. For example, {DATA_START_DATE} and {DATA_END_DATE} automatically enter the report’s start and end dates to the report name.
            2. To include headers in the report, select Headers.
            3. To create a unique encryption key to encrypt and decrypt your files, select GPG Encryption.
          6. Define scheduling and delivery methods for the report.
