Row Count in CRM Data Stream Types

When a slowly changing type 2 dimension changes its value over time, each value along with its Modified Date is stored on a separate row in the database, identified by a unique Detail ID.

The same Lead Key for example, can have multiple Lead Detail ID rows. With the CRM data stream types, the row count is summed up as per the number of Detail ID rows generated in the database, regardless of the number of lead or opportunity keys themselves. So, the same Lead Key for example, with 5 different stage values on separate Lead Modified Dates, is counted as 5 rows.

Note The "Country" dimension is an attribute of the "Company key" dimension. If you don’t map the Company key and have different country values, only one country appears.
