          Adform API Connector

          Adform API Connector

The Adform API connector retrieves Leads data. The data is aggregated and can only be seen at the campaign level.

You might see some discrepancies in the Media Cost data, due to a difference between the API report and the report sent to the user.

          • Channel: Display
          • Cost Data lagging: 1 Day back

          Prerequisites

          • A valid Adform username and password with user level API access enabled. To enable API access, go to your user profile screen and check the 'External API' checkbox
          • If your username and password don’t grant you access to the API, contact your Adform representative.
          • Adform has password complexity requirements for API users. If these requirements aren’t fulfilled, an ‘Invalid credentials’ error appears and you won’t be able to create the OAuth.
          • Password requirements:
            • Minimum 6 symbols
            • Upper and lower case letters
            • Numbers
            • At least 1 Special character

          Additional Details

          • The maximum date range accessible through the API is 365 days from today. For example, last year's data is available through the Adform API.
          • If the same credentials used to set this API are used in an additional Workspace, make sure to set the Level to 'Account' through the Authentication edit window.
