          Amazon DSP API Connector

          Amazon DSP API Connector

Amazon DSP is a demand-side platform that enables advertisers to programmatically buy display, video, and audio ads both on and off Amazon.

          • Channel: Display
          • Data Stream Types:
            • Ads
            • Conversion Tag
          • Data Lag: 1 Day

          Prerequisites

To connect to the Amazon DSP API, you need a valid Username and Password.

          Details

The Amazon DSP data stream is only able to process data for the past 90 days.

          General Setup

After entering your credentials, select the relevant profile you want to retrieve data for.

          Extended Properties

This connector always retrieves datasets for both Amazon Campaign Types—Sponsored Products, and Headline Search Ads regardless of what is configured in the Extended Properties of the Data Stream.

          • Get Conversions - Select this checkbox to retrieve Conversion data in addition to the Delivery data retrieved by the API by default

          QA Your Data

          • Create the desired report in the Amazon DSP platform for the required date range.
          • Next, process the relevant Data Stream in Marketing Cloud Intelligence for the same date range.
          • Create a Report/Table Widget/Pivot Table within Marketing Cloud Intelligence containing the exact same Dimensions and Measurements for the same report and date range.
          • Compare the Measurement Totals and make sure they’re aligned.
