Amazon Seller Central API Connector in Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Amazon Seller Central API Connector in Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Amazon Seller Central is a web interface used by brands and merchants to market and sell their products directly to Amazon customers.

With the Amazon Seller Central API connector, you connect your advertising and ecommerce data to bring in sales data, such as inventory, pricing, orders, and performance analysis. This connector provides both order and item-level data using the SKU of the products. The data stream type is ecommerce, and data lagging is 1 day.

          Important
Important Due to Amazon’s new authentication process, you must re-authenticate all Amazon accounts once a year to ensure your data is up-to-date. For more information about this workflow, see Amazon Authentication Workflow.

More details about the Amazon Seller Central API connector

          • The Amazon Seller Central API connector brings in the ASIN product number as shown in Amazon Seller Central and maps it as ‘Product Key’ automatically.
          • You can connect more than one marketplace to the connector, however you must create a separate data stream per each marketplace.
          • Amazon sometimes requires your approval to share data with Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
