          Coosto API Connector

          Coosto API Connector

Coosto is a social media monitoring tool.

          • Channel: Social
          • Data Lag: 1 Day

          Prerequisites

          Provide the following credentials:

          • Valid user & password
          • A paying account in Coosto

          Details

          • API service in Coosto is a paid service, that can be purchased complementary to a Coosto Enterprise license. For the API connection to work, you must have a paying account in Coosto.
          • There are 2 payment plans according to the number of requests available per 10 minutes, a request is translated into a query in Marketing Cloud Intelligence. For each query, data is retrieved for the last 30 days.
          • Custom Measurements are used in the Coosto connector's mapping:
            • Social Page Custom Measurement 10 is mapped to the 'Post' Measurement in Coosto
            • Social Page Custom Measurement 11 is mapped to the 'Sentiment' Measurement in Coosto
          • You should change these measurements’ Display name for a more convenient use and display.
          • For the Sentiment Measurement mentioned previously to aggregate correctly, its aggregation method should be changed to average. This is done in the measurements sub tab, in the Aggregation column.
          • If Social Page Custom Measurements 10 & 11 are already mapped in the Workspace, note that the changes to their display name and aggregation method affects all their appearances in the Workspace. If this is the case map the 'Post' and 'Sentiment' Measurements to a different custom measurement, via manual mapping.
