          Details

          • Reports from Marketo might not retrieve measurements data. In order to query data successfully in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform, a measurement must be queried along with the dimensions. To make sure this is available to you, we advise that when mapping Marketo data you map a measurement field with a st value, for example, '1'. When visualizing Marketo data, query this measurement as well.
          • The 'Day' field should be mapped according to your desired view. You can use the Lead or Opportunity modified date, map it as TODAY(), or any other relevant date.

          Setup Process

          After you enter your credentials into the Data Stream General Settings, a list of reports will be available from the Report Type drop-down. Note that report names may slightly differ from how they appear in the Marketo UI. One of the Report Types available is the ‘Email Marketing Campaign Summary’ report. If you intend to create a Data Stream based on this report, start with that (before creating additional Data Streams based on other Marketo Report Types) as it is more straightforward and easier to work with than the other Report Types.

          Furthermore, in selecting this Report Type, we recommend you select the ‘Email Marketing’ Data Stream Type under the Extended Properties Section, as doing so will mean that all fields in this report will be automatically mapped correctly in the Email Marketing Data Stream type.

          If you intend to create a Data Stream based on one of the Leads reports, you have three options to choose from: ‘Leads Report’, ‘Leads by List’ and ‘Leads by Program’. Out of the three, we strongly recommend that you select the Leads Report as using this particular Report Type will assure much better Data Stream performance, and furthermore - the ‘Leads by List’ and ‘Leads by Program’ Report Types are planned to be deprecated in the near future.

          In some reports, you’ll have the option to choose additional fields to retrieve in the report.
