          Quora is an online community that allows users to share knowledge (by asking and answering questions). Quora is one of the highest-quality user-generated content platforms.

          Prerequisites

          Provide a valid Quora Ads username and password.

          General Setup

          In the Credentials area, if you have already set up your Quora user, you can select the name from the dropdown list. If not, click Add new to define a new user.

          Extra Information

          The attribution window of the Conversion data is set to the default, 28 days click and 1-day view.

          Known Issues

          • The connector supports all Conversion Types available in Quora but unfortunately, due to limitations on Quora’s end, this doesn’t include any new Conversion Types that might be added by Quora in the future. If you’re missing a Conversion Type in your data, contact Support.
          • There may be discrepancies with the total of data that is retrieved at the Ad level in Marketing Cloud Intelligence compared to the totals in Quora. This is because Marketing Cloud Intelligence displays the total of data based on a run-time calculation that doesn’t include deleted Ads, where Quora includes deleted Ads in their calculation (although they aren’t displayed).

          QA Your Data

          This section outlines the steps to take to make sure your Data is working in Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

          1. Create the desired report in the UI for the required date range.
          2. Next, process the relevant Data Stream in Marketing Cloud Intelligence for the same date range.
          3. Create a Report/Table Widget/Pivot Table within Marketing Cloud Intelligence containing the exact same Dimensions and Measurements for the same report and date range.
          4. Compare the Measurement Totals and make sure they’re aligned.

          Compare the Conversions Data as follows:

          1. Go to the Ads Manager in Quora
          2. Configure filters.
          3. Click Download Ads.
          4. Compare Quora conversions to Marketing Cloud Intelligence conversions.
          5. Contrary to how it’s displayed in the UI, the Conversion Metrics in Marketing Cloud Intelligence are transposed. For example, in the UI - there’s a Measurement for each conversion type, Generic, App Installs, Purchase etc. In Marketing Cloud Intelligence, to align with the Data Model and other platforms, the type of the conversion is returned as a value of a Conversion Tag Category Dimension, while the metric values of all conversions are available in the Total Conversions metric
