Salesforce Reports API Connector
The Salesforce Reports API connector retrieves reports created in Salesforce, in this connector you will have access to all the reports in Salesforce to which you have permissions for. Since the reports in Salesforce are customizable, once you save the stream you will be directed to the Mapping screen to allow you the same level of customization in Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Details
- Since the date field in Salesforce Reports is customizable, Marketing Cloud Intelligence will not automatically map the Date Dimension
- Marketing Cloud Intelligence will always process the most current version of the report from Salesforce. Note that this means that when reprocessing Salesforce Reports streams, only the latest version of the report will be retrieved and not the prior version.
- Salesforce has a limit for the number of rows allowed in a single report (up to 2000 rows
per report). To make sure that all your data is retrieved properly it is advised that you
create reports that are narrowed down to a specific view using filters. A limited report will
have a lesser chance of reaching the row limit.
- You will only have the option to choose from 2,000 total reports. Therefore, if you have over this amount, you need to either delete some reports or create a new user that will have access only to the reports you want to fetch, so the list of reports is below the maximum.
- If your report has changed, check the mapping of the stream and edit accordingly.
- Data Stream Processing: LIFETIME. Marketing Cloud Intelligence will always pull the most current version of the report from Salesforce in a LIFETIME method since oftentimes, many of the reports does not contain date variables(reports such as leads or opportunities for example), hence processing using a date range is irrelevant for this API.
