Socialbakers API Connector
The Socialbakers platform is an AI-powered social media marketing company offering social media analysis on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, VK, and Pinterest. With this new integration, Socialbakers users can retrieve their owned accounts data across different social media platforms.

Prerequisites
To connect to the Socialbakers API, you need a valid Token and Secret Key. The token and secret key are linked to a specific user of a Socialbakers Suite account. Contact support@socialbakers.com to get yours.
General Setup
After entering your credentials, select the relevant accounts and social profiles you want to retrieve data for. Leave the social profiles selection empty to retrieve all profiles.
Extended Properties
- Get Insights Metrics - Select this checkbox to retrieve insights metrics in addition to the data retrieved by the API by default. Note that these metrics are available only for your Instagram and Facebook pages.
How to QA Your Data
- Create the desired report in the Socialbakers platform for the required date range.
- Next, process the relevant Data Stream in Marketing Cloud Intelligence for the same date range.
- Create a Report/Table Widget/Pivot Table within Marketing Cloud Intelligence containing the exact same Dimensions and Measurements for the same report and date range.
- Compare the Measurement Totals and make sure they’re aligned.
