Supported Browsers
You can access Marketing Cloud Intelligence from a browser on a Windows, macOS, or Linux computer.
To access Marketing Cloud Intelligence on a mobile device, your mobile browser must meet these minimum requirements:
- Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized)
- Cookies enabled
- JavaScript enabled
If you use a browser other than the ones listed below, you aren’t able to log in to Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

- Firefox
- Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
Browser-Specific Compatibility
In general, Marketing Cloud Intelligence supports the current and prior major releases.
- Chrome: Latest stable version supported.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- Version 11
- Compatibility View isn’t supported.
Note Microsoft Internet Explorer is no longer supported. If bugs occur with IE11, they can’t be fixed. - Mozilla Firefox: Latest stable version supported.
- Safari: Latest stable version supported on macOS only.
- Microsoft Edge: Latest stable version supported.
- Mobile Browsers:
- Mobile Safari (iOS) — Latest stable version supported.
- Android — The default browser on Android 4.x.x supported.
