          Supported Browsers

          You can access Marketing Cloud Intelligence from a browser on a Windows, macOS, or Linux computer.

          To access Marketing Cloud Intelligence on a mobile device, your mobile browser must meet these minimum requirements:

          • Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized)
          • Cookies enabled
          • JavaScript enabled

          If you use a browser other than the ones listed below, you aren’t able to log in to Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

          • Google Chrome
          • Firefox
          • Internet Explorer
          • Microsoft Edge
          • Safari

          Browser-Specific Compatibility

          In general, Marketing Cloud Intelligence supports the current and prior major releases.

          • Chrome: Latest stable version supported.
          • Microsoft Internet Explorer:
            • Version 11
            • Compatibility View isn’t supported.
            Note
            Note Microsoft Internet Explorer is no longer supported. If bugs occur with IE11, they can’t be fixed.
          • Mozilla Firefox: Latest stable version supported.
          • Safari: Latest stable version supported on macOS only.
          • Microsoft Edge: Latest stable version supported.
          • Mobile Browsers:
            • Mobile Safari (iOS) — Latest stable version supported.
            • Android — The default browser on Android 4.x.x supported.
