The Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform is divided into four tabs. Here you can explore the different tabs. - Set Up Your First Workspace in Marketing Cloud Intelligence
After your Marketing Cloud Intelligence account is provisioned, you can now start setting up your workspace. A Marketing Cloud Intelligence account is divided into workspaces. Each workspace is a separate working environment with its own permissions. When you make changes, the changes are applied only to the workspace that you’re working in. - Supported Browsers
You can access Marketing Cloud Intelligence from a browser on a Windows, macOS, or Linux computer. - User Roles and Permissions
Marketing Cloud Intelligence includes three types of user roles: viewer, power user, and admin. A user role defines which actions a user can perform. Each user role has a default set of permissions, but you can assign users with the same role different permissions. Marketing Cloud Intelligence uses a variety of industry-standard and state-of-the-art security technologies and procedures to help protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All users must have a registered MFA method in order to access the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform directly. You can decide on which methods best suit your needs. Session timeout is another form of security and determines the amount of inactive time after which a user is logged out of the platform. The session timeout period can be set in the account settings. For security purposes there is a forced timeout after five days regardless of inactivity. Keeping up with the evolving security landscape is an ongoing, joint partnership between Marketing Cloud Intelligence and our customers. As security threats grow more common, it’s important to implement stronger measures to protect your business and customers. - IP Addresses for Inclusion on Allowlists in Marketing Cloud Intelligence
Sometimes you need to set up a data stream via an SQL service provider or an FTPS. If you have a firewall in place, you must allow specific IP addresses to ensure data is retrieved.
