Invite Intelligence users to gain access to your workspace using the Access Invitation
tab. Users have two weeks to accept or decline invitations. An email confirmation is sent to you
when the invitation is accepted. You can view the invitation statuses in the Access Invitation
tab.

User Permissions Needed
To approve a user invitation:
Admins with the Manage Account Users checkbox enabled
Note A Paying Account user can’t be invited to a Partner account.
To the right of the navigation bar click the dropdown arrow and then Manage
Users.
Click the Access Invitations tab.
To create a new invitation, click Invite User.
Enter the user's email address. To add another user to the invitation, click Add
Email Address.
Note The invited users keep their original user permissions. For example, if you invite an
admin user, they have admin permissions in the selected workspaces.
Select the workspaces you want the user to access from the drop-down menu.
Select the time period.
Click Invite. The user receives an email where they can accept or
decline the invite.
To revoke an invitation, select the invitation and click Revoke. The
user loses access to the workspaces immediately.
To resend an invitation, select the invitation and click Resend.
Resending an invitation applies the original invitation settings.
