Account Analytics Metrics in Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Account Analytics measures page views and user activity.

Page Views counts every time a user loads a published page. The dashboard shows you which collections are viewed most. You can also monitor:

          • Page views for both licensed and anonymous users. Anonymous users can be users that open dashboard pages shared with them via Share & Embed.
          • When a page is refreshed or clicked.
          • Each time a page is shown.

Active Users counts unique users that performed actions during a selected time period. To be an active user, the user must perform one of the following actions:

          • Log in to Marketing Cloud Intelligence
          • View a page
          • Switch accounts or workspaces.
          Note
Note If an entity is deleted, for example a dashboard page is deleted, the deleted entity is still measured in the report, but you can’t see it in the breakdowns.
