Monitor Marketing Cloud Intelligence Database Row Usage

Monitor Marketing Cloud Intelligence Database Row Usage

You can view your overall and current row usage at the account and workspace levels. Row usage is refreshed every hour.

          REQUIRED USER ROLE
          To monitor row usage Admin
          1. To the right of the navigation bar, click the dropdown arrow, and click the Account Settings gear icon.
          2. In the account menu, select Data Rows Usage.
          3. View live row usage, and a breakdown of workspaces by row usage.

These system measurements reflect the total row count of a data stream in a workspace:

          • Data Stream Job Source Rows—Represents the number of rows in the original files. This number is close to the true number when there’s no Media Transparency Center or data load rules in the workspace.
          • Data Stream Job Added Rows—The number of added rows for each job the data executed.
          • Data Stream Effective Total Rows— This measurement reflects the actual number of rows the data stream holds for the specified date range. Row count is broken down by Data Date with Media Transparency and factors included.
          • Data Stream Total Rows — Row count is broken down by Data Date without any factors.

You can query these metrics in pivot tables and page widgets.

          Note
Note It’s recommended to use the Data Stream Effective Total Rows measurement because it accounts for special cases like Media Transparency Center’s row factoring.
