Create Slack Integration for Collections in Marketing Cloud Intelligence
Configure Marketing Cloud Intelligence Insights for Slack to share dashboard pages and widgets. After the
integration is set up, users with permissions and access to the collection can share dashboard
pages and widgets in Slack.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To create workspace integrations:
Admin
Click your workspace name, and then the workspace settings gear icon.
On the workspace menu click Integrations.
Make sure that Slack is turned on.
Select Collection level.
Name your Integration.
Select a collection from the dropdown. After you add a collection integration, that
collection is unavailable and can’t be selected.
Select the webhook type:
Single webhook
One webhook for all channels.
Webhook per channel
Select the channels that your users can send to
Insert the webhook.
Add the channel name.
Set sharing permissions. By default, sharing permissions are set to All
users.
