Run the Multi-Touch Attribution App
Run the Multi-Touch Attribution app to see which first-party marketing touchpoints led to conversions or brought in the highest revenue according to the attribution model. Each attribution model selected during setup has its own dashboard page.

- In Marketing Cloud Intelligence, on the Marketplace tab, select Apps.
- Click Installed Solutions, and then select the Multi-Touch Attribution app.
- Filter the app page by date.
- View the data.
- Conversion data
- Conversions–The total conversions for the time period. A conversion is an event that took place as a result of a touchpoint event.
- Revenue–The total revenue from the conversion for the time period. (If a revenue KPI doesn’t exist, no data appears here.)
- Avg Customer Journey–The average time it took for all customers from the first touchpoint to the conversion.
- Avg Events Until Conversion–The average number of events that took place from the touchpoint to the conversion.
- Conversion Number and Sum of Revenue Over Time–A comparison between the total conversions and sum of revenue over time, which helps you identify the dates when your revenue increased or decreased.
- Touchpoint data
- Touchpoint name–Select a touchpoint to drill down to view data.
- Breakdown–Select a breakdown you defined during setup. For example, if you defined a breakdown for campaign, it appears here and you can then select a specific campaign you want to focus on.
- Number of Conversions Over Touchpoints–A comparison between the number of conversions per touchpoint.
- Sum of Revenue Over Touchpoints–The sum of revenue per touchpoint.
- Breakdown data
- Breakdown selection–Select a breakdown to drill down to view specific data. Note: If no breakdowns were defined during setup, this section appears with no data.
- Number of Conversions Over Breakdown–The number of conversions for the breakdown that you selected.
- Sum of Revenue Over Breakdowns–The revenue for the breakdown.
- Sum of Revenue–A comparison between the different touchpoints and breakdowns according to the total revenue. For example, you can see which campaigns had the highest revenue via the Email touchpoint and which had the highest revenue for the SMS touchpoint.
- Top 10 Breakdowns–Displays the top 10 breakdowns.
